This Privacy Policy explains how St Pete Moving Bins, a service of Isla Remote LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit StPeteMovingBins.com (the “Site”) or book a moving bin rental with us. By using our Site or services, you agree to this Policy.

1. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you request a booking, contact us, or rent from us, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email address, phone number, delivery and pickup address, move date, chosen package, and any notes you add. If you pay for a rental, your payment is handled by our payment processor; we don’t store full card numbers.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our providers automatically collect some technical information, such as your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and how you reached the Site. We collect this through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 6).
2. How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Confirm, schedule, and manage your rental, including delivery and pickup;
- Contact you about your order by text, email, or phone;
- Process payments and apply any fees described in our Rental Terms;
- Operate, secure, and improve our Site and services;
- Prevent fraud, spam, and misuse; and
- Meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
If you opt in, we may also send you occasional updates or offers. You can opt out of these at any time.
3. Text messages
If you give us your phone number, you agree that we may text you about your order — for example, to confirm your booking and delivery window. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of non-essential texts at any time by replying STOP. We may still text you about an active rental.
4. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run our business:
- Service providers who help us operate — for example, our website host and security provider, form and data-storage tools, email and text-messaging services, analytics providers, and (when applicable) our payment processor.
- Legal reasons — if required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
- Business transfer — if our business is sold or transferred, your information may be included in that transfer.
5. Service providers we use
To run the Site and your rental, we rely on trusted third parties, which may include:
- Cloudflare — website hosting, delivery, and security;
- Google Analytics — to understand how the Site is used;
- Email and messaging services — to confirm and manage your booking;
- A payment processor (such as Stripe) — to process payments when online payment is available.
Each provider handles your information under its own privacy terms.
6. Cookies and analytics
Our Site uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the Site working, remember your preferences, and measure traffic. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s opt-out browser add-on. Blocking some cookies may affect how the Site works.
7. How long we keep your information
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide your rental, meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When we no longer need it, we delete or de-identify it.
8. How we protect your information
We use reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security — but we work to keep your information safe.
9. Your choices
- Update your details: email us to correct your information.
- Marketing: opt out of promotional emails or texts at any time (reply STOP to texts, or use the unsubscribe link in emails).
- Cookies: manage cookies through your browser settings.
- Access or deletion: you can ask us to access or delete the personal information we hold about you, and we’ll respond as required by applicable law.
10. Children’s privacy
Our Site and services are intended for adults (18 and older). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, please contact us and we’ll delete it.
11. Other websites
Our Site may link to websites we don’t control. This Policy doesn’t cover those sites, and we’re not responsible for their privacy practices.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows the current version. If we make significant changes, we’ll post the updated Policy here.
