Rental Terms

St Pete Moving Bins Last updated: 7 July 2026

These Rental Terms (“Terms”) apply to your rental of moving bins, lids, dollies and more (“Equipment”) from St Pete Moving Bins, a service of Isla Remote LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking, accepting delivery of, or using our Equipment, you (“you” or “Customer”) agree to these Terms. Please read them before your delivery.

Questions about anything below? Email us at stpetemovingbins@gmail.com.

1. Your rental

We rent you clean, ready-to-use moving bins for a set rental period, delivered to and picked up from your address within our service area. The Equipment stays our property at all times — you’re renting it, not buying it.

2. Care, custody, and responsibility

From the moment we deliver the Equipment until we pick it up, it’s in your care, custody, and control. You’re responsible for the Equipment and bear the risk of any loss, theft, or damage while it’s with you. Please count and look over your bins at delivery and let us know about any problem within 24 hours — after that, the Equipment is considered delivered in good condition.

3. Rental period and extensions

Your rental starts on your delivery date and ends on your scheduled pickup date. Every package includes a 14-day rental period.

Need more time? Just let us know before your pickup date. Extra time is $15 per week. If the Equipment isn’t ready for pickup at the end of your term and you haven’t arranged an extension, we may automatically charge the weekly rate for each additional week the Equipment is out.

4. Delivery and pickup

5. Pricing, tax, and payment

Package prices, extra bins ($3.5 each), and extra weeks ($15 each) are shown when you book. Florida sales tax applies to your rental.

Payment is due when we confirm your booking. We keep a payment method on file for the rental period, and you authorize us to charge it for your rental and for any fees described in these Terms (extra time, cleaning, missed appointments, and loss or damage).

6. How to use the bins

Please use the Equipment only for normal household moving and storage, and:

7. Returning the bins

At the end of your rental, please have the Equipment empty, reasonably clean, and stacked with all lids, ready at your pickup location. “Reasonably clean” means free of stickers, tape residue, liquids, food, pet hair, and soil. If Equipment comes back needing more than a normal wipe-down, a $50 cleaning fee applies. Don’t worry about sanitizing — we handle that.

8. Late returns

If the Equipment isn’t returned by the end of your rental period and no extension has been arranged, we may charge the weekly rate for each additional week it’s out (see Section 3). If the Equipment isn’t returned within 30 days and we haven’t heard from you, we’ll treat it as a purchase and charge the full replacement value at the rates in Section 9.

9. Lost or damaged Equipment

Normal wear and tear is expected and never charged. But if Equipment is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond normal wear while in your care, you agree to pay the replacement cost, charged to your payment method on file:

10. Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel or reschedule for free up to 24 hours before your scheduled delivery. Changes or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to the $50 fee in Section 4. If the Equipment has already been delivered, your rental fee is non-refundable.

11. Liability and your belongings

We provide the Equipment “as is” and in good working order; if a bin isn’t usable, our responsibility is limited to repairing or replacing it. You are responsible for your own belongings and for how you pack, load, lift, stack, and transport them. We are not a moving company and are not responsible for any damage to your property, or for any injury, arising from your use of the Equipment or your move. You use the Equipment at your own risk.

12. Indemnification

You agree to hold St Pete Moving Bins, Isla Remote LLC, and our staff harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or costs (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from your possession, use, or return of the Equipment.

13. Communications

By booking, you agree that we may contact you by text, email, and phone about your order and rental (for example, to confirm your booking and delivery window). Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of non-essential messages at any time by replying STOP or contacting us; we may still send you messages needed to manage your rental.

14. Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute will be handled in Pinellas County, Florida. We may update these Terms from time to time; the version in effect when you book applies to your rental. The “Last updated” date above shows the current version.
